welcome to buy our company’s polyurethane paint. our company’s polyurethane paint has pass the certification of quality credit monitor management association. all the polyurethane paints have reached the standard. our main products contain: civil paint, industrial paint, anticorrosion paint, wood furniture paint and construction decoration paint.
composition: polyether polyol, polyisocyanate, chain extender, curing agent, filler, antiaging agent
purpose: the paint is applied to basketball court, tennis court, badminton court, shop, corridor, pedestrian overpass, anti skid floor coating, hospictal, kindergarten and construction roof. the paint enjoys excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, weather resistance, flexibility and adhesion.
construction reference:
1. the substrate should be smooth, clean, dry and firm. maintain the new cement floor for 30 days. if the place is damp cut off the water or do the waterproof preparation in advance.
2. environment and substrate treatment: the temperature is above 5℃. the relative humidity is less than 75%. the new cement floor can be painted after being dried for 28 days. remove the dirt and repair the old and loose place. wear the surface with electric buffing machine. remove the dust. ensure that no dust, no water, no grease.
3. paint the sealing primer: mix the two compents of the sealing primer according to the proportion and stir it. after laying the paint for 10 minutes roller coat the paint.(use it up within 6 hours or it will become blue). after 12 hours paint next layer.
4. paint flexible topcoat: after the primer is dry paint the topcoat. brush painting, ruller coating and airless spraying are all available. the curing temperature≥10℃. after 24 hours of curing and 7 days of maintenance the paint can be used.
