    application:

surface treatment: remove the rust by hand and reach the standard of level st2. remove the rust by blasting and reach the standard of level sa2.

brush the np-1008antirust primer: add proper water to dilute the paint. spray of brush for 2 times.

wearing: wear the surface with 400#sandpaper

brush topcoat: add proper water to dilute the paint. brush for 2-3 times.

    remarks:

the thickness of the film can be changed according to the purpose and requirement of the use. but the area of the coverage, time of drying and the interval of repainting will be changed. the thickness of the dry film is 60-100 um. if several layers of films has to be painted the thickness and the layer of the film will influence the time of drying and minimum time of repainting. exposed to the polluted environment use the high pressure to wash the surface and air dry. in dry condition the paint can resist 60c° continuously and can resist 80c° with interruption. the paint is thermoplatic paint. when the temperature is above 40c° the shape of the film will be changed. when the temperature comes to normal the mechanical property of the film will recover.

    transportation and storage:

1. during the transportation keep the paint away from rain, sunshine and collision.

2. keep the paint in cool and well ventilated place. avoid sunshine, fire and heat.

    safety regulation:

keep the construction site well ventilated. the painter should wear glasses, gloves and mask. avoid touching with paint and breathing in the spray. no fire and smoking.
