construction reference:
1. environment and substrate treatment: the temperature is above 5℃. the relative humidity is less than 75%. the new cement floor can be painted after being dried for 28 days. remove the dirt and repair the old and loose place. wear the surface with electric buffing machine. remove the dust. ensure that no dust, no water, no grease.
2. paint the epoxy sealing primer: mix the two compents of the epoxy sealing primer according to the proportion and stir it. after laying the paint for 10 minutes roller coat the paint.(use it up within 6 hours or it will become blue). after 12 hours paint next layer.
3. paint intermediate coat mortar: wear it after at least 12 hours when the epoxy primer is dry. mix the two compents according to the proportion and stir it. after 10 minutes mix the paint and quartz sand according to the proportion of 3︰7 and stir it .the mortar can be used.( use it up within 6hours or it will become blue), wear and clean the surface after a day of drying.
4. paint the epoxy topcoat: mix the two compents of the topcoat according to the proportion and stir it. after laying the paint for 10 minutes roller coat the paint.(use it up within 6 hours or it will become blue). after 1 day? paint next layer. viscosity depends on the construction plan and use matching diluent. after 24 hours of drying maitain it for 7 days. then it can be used.
note 1: degrease with solvent or detergent. then sand blast the surface. remove the zinc salt(or white rust) and make the surface a little rough.
note 2: degrease with solvent or detergent. remove the zinc salt with wire brush and water in mechanical way. brush the paint when the surface is dry.
note 3: when last layer of paint is dry remove the grease and dust on the surface. then do the next painting. follow the painting instruction when brush the epoxy paint.
