degrease according to the cleaning standards of sspc—sp1 solvent.
remove the burr and the crack. make it smooth.
remove the rust and the oxcide scale by sand blasting so that it can reach the standard of isosa2.5 ( sspc—sp10 )or use the electric tool to reach the standard of isost3.
remove the dirt by hight pressure air before the work.
