introduction: the pattern on the fim is like the water droplet on the lotus leaf. the paint can reduce the tension of the film and improve the dirt-resistance of the film.
composition: pigment, filler, additive, acrylic silicon emulsion
characteristic and use: the colour of the film is bright. the film is water-resistant and dirt-resistant. it’s easy for work and construction. the price is cheap. spraying, roller coating and spraying are all available. it is applied to the high-grade decoration. if the way of construction is reasonable the using life is 10 years.
construciton reference:
1. stir the paint before using.
2. the substrate should smooth, clean, dry and firm.
3. the moisture content of the cement wall is bellow 10%. the ph is below 9.5. the maintenance of the cement wall lasts for 28 days.
4. if the wall is too dry or the wall is old first paint a layer of matching water-based transparent seal primer. remove the dirt of the wall before work.
5. paint two layers of latex paint. the interval is 2-3 hours. the paint can be brushed directly without water. don’t add paint that is not white.
6. during the work, don’t add organic solvent or other solvent based paint.
7. the temperature should be above 5℃ in the period of construction and drying.
8. wash the construction tools after work immediately.
9. if the wind is strong( above level 4) it is not suitalble for work. in the rainy day the work has to be stopped.
10. recommended amount 2m²/kg（paint twice）
storage and transportation:
1. keep the storage room well ventilated and dry. leave the paint away from sunshine. the storage temperature is between 5℃ and 30℃
2. when the paint is transported leave the paint away from rain and exposure to the sunshine.
3. the using life is one year. if the paint expires check the paint. if the paint is normal it is still can be used.
