introduction: this paint is a kind of high-grade water-based construction paint which enjoys the decoration performance of marble and granite. it’s made of natural stone of different colors and size, polymer emulsion and additives. it impress people with stereoscopic sense. it is applied to the decoration of the construction especially on the curved surface. except the decoration performance the paint enjoys excellent protection function. it can prevent the construction from corrosion and extend the using life of the construction.
characteristic:
1. the paint contains natural colourful stone. it is weather-resistant and anti-ultraviolet and never fade.
2.the stone of different size and colours can form different decoration performances.
3. the paint is made of synthetic resin emulsion. the adhesion is strong and poisonless and tasteless. it is easy and safe for work.
4.the way of painting is spraying. the paint can fast dry. the construction tool can be washed by the water.
5. using the real rocks special emulsion and finish-coat paint will be water-resistance and pollution-resistance. the film wouldn’t become white when it meets water.
construction instruction:
1. surface treatment: the surface must be smooth, firm, dry, clean, no grease and no impurity. ph is 9.5. the water content is below 10%. after 28days of maintenance of the cement wall the paint can be uesd. if the old film has loosed, pulverized and spalled the older film has to be removed. if there are cracks, concave-convex place and loose place remove them. the fill the place. if using cement reparing agent the work can be done after 28 days.
2.primer: first paint a layer of waixing seal primer. the theoretical painting area is about 8kg/square meter. brush painting, spraying and roller coating are all available. the interval is above 24 hours. the primer can not mixed with water and other solvents.
3. main paint: use the special spray gun。before work have a try of painting to see the effect. settle down the pressure and the diameter of the spray gun. if the paint is too thick add some water to dilute it and stir the paint. the pressure and the diameter of the gun will influence the concave-convex extent. the main paint can be sprayed once or for several times. it depends on the effect of painting.
4.buffing: after the main paint dries use the sandpaper to buff the film to remove the rough part.
5. finish-coat paint: there are special finish-coat paint for waixing real rocks paint. the paint is solvent-base paint. the diluent must be used. the finish-coat paint is usually paint once. spraying, brush painting and roller coating are all available. after the real rocks paint dries the finish-coat paint can be used.
attention:
1. the primer and the main paint is water-based, poisonless and tasteless, noncorrosion. it can be stored and transported as non-dangerous goods. keep it in the cool place. the temperature is 5—30 degrees. the finish-coat paint is combustible. be cautious with fire and high temperature. keep it away from sunshine and rain.
2. the temperature is above 10 degrees. the relative temperature is above 5 degrees. when it is raining and the wind is above level 4 the work has to be stopped.
3. the part to be sprayed should be isolated. the painting tool for primer and main paint should be cleaned by water after work immediately. the tool for finish-coat paint can be washed after work by matching diluent . |
