丙烯酸凹凸乳胶漆
composition: acrylic emulsion, filler, aggregate, additive
characteristic and use: water can be used as diluent. the paint enjoys high intensity, adhesion, water-resistance and alkali-resistance. the diameter of the spray gun and the spraying power can be chosen. there are different concave-convex patterns on the surface after press the film. the topcoat will improve the decoration performance. spraying is prefered. the paint is applied to the surface of the cement, concrete and the asbestos cement board. used with topcoats and clear coatings the decoration performance will be improved.
construction reference:
1. stir the paint before work.
2. the moisture content of the cement wall is bellow 10%. the ph is below 10. the maintenance of the cement wall lasts for 28 days.
3. if the wall is too dry paint a layer of water-base seal primer. remove the dust on the wall before work.
4. the organic solvent and other solvent based coatings can not be added.
5. the viscosity is decided by the size of the pattern and the temperature. the paint can be diluted by the water.
6. the diameter of the spray gun and the spray pressure is decided by the size of the pattern. usually the diameter of the spray gun is 4—8mm. the spray pressure is5—8kg/cm².
7. the spraying area is decided by the size of the pattern. the area of the pattern is 1.5—2kg/m².
8. when the paint is dry roll the point on the film by the trowel with some water. there will be various of patterns.
9. after 24h the latex paint can be used as topcoat or after 48h the solvent based coating can be used as topcoat.
10. if the wall is old wall the extent of the pulverization has to be considered or the old coating has to be removed before work.
11. the temperature should above 5℃. if the wind is strong( above level 4) it is not suitalble for work. in the rainy day the work has to be stopped.
12. clean the construction tools with water after the construction in time.
storage and transportation:
1. keep the storage room well ventilated and dry. leave the paint away from sunshine. the storage temperature is between 0℃ and 35℃
2. when the paint is transported leave the paint away from rain and exposure to the sunshine.
3. the using life is one year. if the paint expires check the paint. if the paint is normal it is still can be used.
