characteristic: this paint enjoys excellent heat resistance, water resistance, weather resistance and insulation. it can be used between 200—800℃. the paint can avoid the corrion caused by chemical air. the paint is antioxidant and thermal shock resistant in high temperature. it’s easy to brush and spray. the adhesion is strong and dry in normal temperature.it’s easy to use the paint in high temperature.
purpose: it is applied to the exterior of the warm air furnace of blast furnace, chimney, baking channel, heating furnace, exhaust pipe, high temperature hot gas pipeline, heat exchanger, cracking tower, gas producer, high temperature equipment, machine, electric furnace, exhaust outlet casing pipe of engine.

construction reference: 1. remove the grease, rust and dirt on the surface of the metal. the adhesion will be improved. the temperature should be 3℃ above the dew point when the paint is used.
2. stir the paint before using it. both spraying and brush painting can be used.
3. when the paint is sprayed the high temperature special diluent must be used. the amount of diluent is 5-15%(the weight of the paint). the diameter of the nozzle is 1.5-2.0mm. the air pressure is 0.3-0.4mpa.
4. recommend that spraying or brush painting should be done 1-2times.
attention: 1. after mixing the paint it will be used up within 6 hours or it will jell.
2. don’t use it when the temperature is below 3℃ or it is raining.
3. the paint contains organic solvent. be cautious with fire. follow the safety operation regulations.
