construction reference:
1. remove the rust, grease, dust and water on the surface before painting.
2. be sure the working environment is clean. no dust. dust absorption is required.
3. stir the pain before using it. dilute the paint with special diluent.
4. acrylic primer and perchloroethylene can be used as primer. when using alkyd primer and epoxy primer the paint must be dry.
5. when mixed the paints the paints must be in the same category or it will effect the quality.
